ASH was founded in 2009 with the goal of bringing the best of undiscovered lifestyle electronics and accessories to Southeast Asia.

With over fifteen years of experience, the company now carries and builds market leading brands in many countries through our offices in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Phnom Penh.

With our knowledge and experience in managing global electronic brands, combined with our passion for the business, ASH is a unique distribution partner for the Southeast Asia region. Trainning

Customer service is at the heart of every great retail experience. At ASH, we offer professional training to front-line staff, equipping them with brand knowledge, communication techniques, and the confidence to solve problems effectively. From objection handling to building genuine customer connections, our training ensures lasting, positive brand impressions at every store visit.

Visual merchandising is more than just design—it’s storytelling. Whether following strict brand guidelines or creating from scratch, we transform retail spaces into engaging brand experiences. Our services cover space planning, in-store display design, product assortments, POSM and furniture production, and investment management to ensure every brand is presented at its best.

With retail space becoming increasingly competitive, data accuracy and in-store execution are critical. ASH provides hands-on auditing services to monitor VM compliance, optimise shelf share, and support sell-through across thousands of stores. We work closely with Brand Managers to gather insights that drive continuous improvement in store performance.

Demand & Supply Planning

Our Demand and Supply Planning team proactively forecasts and consolidates customer demand using advanced tools and data analytics. This allows us to efficiently manage supply planning and inventory levels—both in trade and internally—working closely with our brand partners to ensure timely product replenishment that aligns with market demand and customer expectations.

Our Warehouse and Logistics operations are powered by a robust inventory management system and real-time tracking tools. These systems enable fast and accurate order processing, as well as real-time inventory visibility. Both offline and online customers benefit from delivery tracking features, ensuring transparency and timely updates throughout the order journey.

To provide an exceptional customer experience, we offer multiple, convenient channels to connect with our customer service team. Our trained and dedicated agents are available to support customers with sales inquiries, after-sales service, and expert consultation.
